Resources for Buyers

I love working with buyers, and helping individuals and families find a wonderful home at a good value.

What to know about Buying a house in Seattle with Windermere and Robin Denburg on your side:

I generally start the home-buying process by having a conversation with you to find out if we're a good fit for each other. I like to assess what geographic areas interest you, characteristics of a house that are essential to you, and other features you would ideally like to have. At that point I'll probably mention a few houses that come to mind, and use them as examples to clarify what you're looking for.

If you don't have a lender ready to help you buy a home in Portland, I'll provide referrals to quality, helpful lenders so that you can determine your exact price range. I want you to be certain you won't strain your budget because I want you to be comfortable with your purchase both now and in several years.

After clarifying the initial information of what you want in a home I'll send you a list of homes for you to consider. After listen to your feedback and preferences, we'll start looking at houses together. Afterwards, I'll do some followup on houses you like to help hone our future searches. I'll continue to send you regular updates on properties that appear to be of interest to you; I'll stay in close contact by phone, and I'll be ready and available whenever you wish to view a home.

Details to consider include neighborhood, number of bedrooms and bath, price range, age of home, and any amenities you really want (fireplace, newer furnace, stainless steel appliances, etc.)

Please email me with details on what you're looking for along with the best way for me to reach you. I look forward to assisting you!

Furthermore, I will be honest with you if I can't provide an accurate analysis, and I will provide appropriate resources and references to inspection professionals.
