Broadview is a neighborhood in northwestern Seattle, just north of the community of Greenwood.
Broadview is bounded on the west by Puget Sound, on the north by Northwest 145th Street, on the east by Greenwood Avenue North, on the south by Northwest 105th Street.
Carkeek Park, a 216-acre waterfront park, occupies the southwest corner of the neighborhood along the shoreline. Within it is Piper's Creek.
Broadview is also home to the historic E.B. Dunn Gardens designed by the Olmsted firm, which was responsible for many of Seattle's parks. The gardens can be toured with a reservation.
Llandover Trail is in the northwest corner of the neighborhood. It is home to many native animals and plants such as owls, eagles, mountain beavers and old-growth trees.
Broadview boasts easy access to I-5 and Highway 99, making it a quick trip into downtown Seattle.
